oin Trey Keeley, Assistant Lacrosse Coach and Offensive Coordinator at Cleveland State University, in the Krenzler bubble for a two hour session of high quality reps to build the fundamentals you’ll need to succeed on the field. Start off 2022 with a jump start in a small group session that combines quality and quantity.

10:15am – Stickwork and Footwork
10:35am – Scoring Fundamentals
11:00am – Off the Catch
11:30am – Off the Dodge
12:00pm – Done
