Fairview Gardens Home School Program!
The homeschool classes at Fairview Gardens will connect youth to our farm and the natural environment through hands-on lessons and work projects focused on food literacy, plant and animal care, art, and other engaging activities. |
During our program, students will:
- Learn the processes of growing vegetables, fruit, flowers, and herbs
- Foster an appreciation of the natural world by aiding in the care of the Children's Garden
- Connect with nature through exploration, sensory awareness activities and journaling
- Build community with peers and adults.
- Develop valuable interpersonal and communication skills in an inclusive team atmosphere
