Are you ready for an aerial challenge? Suspended from safety cables, 20 feet off the ground, you'll swing, twist, and climb your way across rope bridges that would make Indiana Jones sweat.

Billing and payment processing for Businesses' events is performed by Member Solutions, Inc. ("MSI"), and this contract is specifically assigned to MSI for all such purposes. Customer knowingly and irrevocably authorizes MSI to charge electronically Customer's bank account and/or credit card for any and all amounts due for Customer's, and anyone registering under Customer's, attendance and participation in the Event. Please note, you may see all or any portion of the following on your bank or credit card statement: "MSI*BODIESINMOTION 8882448044 ONLINE REG FEE". Any returned payment will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Any unsuccessful electronic transaction is subject to a $10.00 processing fee. MSI is not responsible for any bank fees incurred by Customer. 5 Important Things You Must Know and Agree To

1. Everybody I am registering is at least 10 years old.

2. If I am registering somebody between 10 and 12 years old, I have ensured that an adult, who is at least 5' tall, will be accompanying them.

3. Closed toe shoes and comfortable clothes that allow easy movement are required on the course.

4. Anybody suspected of being under the influence of drugs or alcohol will not be allowed on the course.

5. 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you cannot make it, you must call 208.381.0587, 24 hours prior to the event.
