The client is required to schedule a phone or in-person meeting to discuss any design/build requirements and must be prepared with all information required for the build. All requirements must be delivered before the project will be published.
The client must approve all projects before release and publication.
All payments to SMART Event Services will be deducted from final payout.
Clients who elect to have At-the-Door payments, must agree to a $100.00 down payment and additional payment if the Guest Pass total is great than $100.00.
A 5.4% processing fee is charged to all credit/debit card payments.
The client will be contacted as to the acceptance or rejection of project(s) and will be required to remit the down payment at that time.
Checking the box below and submission (registration) of this form is the Client's acceptance of all the above terms and conditions.
