UNITED STATES JU-JITSU FEDERATION (USJJF) INSTRUCTOR - EXAMINER
CERTIFICATION This "on-line" Instructor - Examiner Registration is for all USJJF Members who have certified rank(s) in Ju-Jitsu / Jiu-Jitsu / Jujutsu recognized by and registered with the UNITED STATES JU-JITSU FEDERATION (USJJF), regardless of gender, ethnicity or age.
In using this On-Line Registration Form, it is Important to know that you are submitting an "Application" for Instructor - Examiner Certification.
There are "4 Levels" on USJJF Instructor - Examiner:
Associate Level - 1st thru 3rd Dan
Senior Level - 4th thru 6th Dan
Master Level - 7th & 8th Dan
Grand Master Level - 9th & 10th Dan
If your application for Instructor - Examiner certification is Not approved, the fee collected will be refunded to you less the processing fee.
For all "Instructor - Examiner Certification - You are required to already be a certified USJJF Black Belt and submit a "current" Photo in "Coat & Tie".
You will also need to submit your updated martial arts Bio to the USJJF National Office at natlhq.usjjf@gmail.com.

* National and International Programs for Technical, Philosophical and Leadership Development in Ju-Jitsu. The UNITED STATES JU-JITSU FEDERATION (USJJF) is the USA National Governing Body for Ju-Jitsu with the North American Jiu-Jitsu Union (NAJJU), Panamerican Jiu-Jitsu Federation (PJJF), World Ju-Jitsu Association (WJJA), World Kobudo Federation (WKF) and the Martial Arts International Federation (MAIF).
* A National and International Network of Ju-Jitsuka / Jiu-Jitsuka / Jujutsuka
* Providing "Professional Quality" Ju-Jitsu Rank and Membership Certificates for the USJJF Members.
* Supporting written UNITED STATES JU-JITSU National Training Curriculum & Dan Grade Requirements for all USJJF members.
* Providing A Proper & Non-Political Promotion System for all United States Ju-Jitsuka / Jiu-Jitsuka / Jujutsuka.
* Providing Technical, Administrative & Communication Assistance for Students and Instructors in Ju-Jitsu/Jujitsu/Jiu-Jitsu/Para Jiu-Jitsu.
* Proving High Quality Training Books and Training Aids in Ju-Jitsu / Jiu-Jitsuka / Jujutsuka.
* Helping to provide Internationally Standardized Ju-Jitsu Competition Rules for the "Ju-Jitsu Kumite", "Ju-Jitsu Self-Defense", Ju-Jitsu Grappling" (Gi & No Gi), and "Ju-Jitsu Kobudo" Systems of Competition.
* Providing National & International Ju-Jitsu Referee Training and Certification.
* Providing A Professional, Informative and Exciting Website for Ju-Jitsuka / Jiu-Jitsuka / Jujutsuka.
* Providing Ju-Jitsu Instructor / Examiner Training & Certification.
* Providing Coaching Training and Certification.
* Providing A National Headquarters with "decentralized" Ju-Jitsu / Jiu-Jitsu / Jujutsu Programs and Leadership.
* The further development of the National Institute for Ju-Jitsu for research and development, as well as State, Regional & National Training Centers for expert training in both Traditional & Competitive Ju-Jitsu / Jiu-Jitsu.

Waiver of Liability -
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation (USJJF) athletics/sports program, and related events and activities, the undersigned:
Agree that the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will instruct the minor participant that prior to participating, he or she should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if the participant believes anything is unsafe, he or she will immediately advise his or her coach or supervisor of such condition(s) and refuse to participate.
Acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions or negligence but the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.
Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability or death.
Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation, its officers, its affiliated clubs, regional sports organizations, their respective administrators, directors, agents, coaches, and other employees of the organization, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter referred to as ‘releasees’ from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasee or otherwise.
