Purchase your tickets to the  Greater Charlotte Track and Field Awards Night Banquet on  Sunday April 30th at Sonesta Executive Park Hotel and Conference Center in Charlotte.   The doors will open at 5:00pm
 
This special night of track and field and cross country recognition includes the presentation of over 20 awards, recognition of all finalists,  Dinner, and a silent auction and raffle.
 
The # 1 night of track and field in the Carolinas. Join the celebration with many of your family friends in the community.   At the Greater Charlotte Track and Field Awards Night, the Focus is Placed 100% on the Student-Athletes and their accomplishments

Adult Ticket -  General seating areas, second half of the banquet hall

Student Ticket (18 and under)

Family Four Pack - Four tickets in general seating areas for four family members
 
Gold Medal Tables - Located on front row, middle of auditorium, in front of podium

VIP Table -(seats 10 plus finalist)  Front and Center  Two Rows, only 10 available, Best Seat in the house, First for Dinner.

Reserved Table  - (Seats 10)  Located in the front half of the banquet hall



All non table purchased seating is non-reserved and subject to table assigment located throughout the banquet hall.

Many families purchase congratulations advertisements for their son/daughter in the Awards Program  Book.   If you would like to purchase an advertisement for your son/daughter, please select the size here.

These terms and conditions apply between "the Business" and those persons registering for and participating in the Businesses' events ("Customer").

1. No refunds are available, this is a scholarship recognition event.

2. Event will be held on date posted, should an act of God prevent the event from taking place on posted date, a new date will be announced and no refunds will be available.

3. A limited number of tickets are available and once that point is reached, there will be no additional admittance to the event.
