CERTIFICATION
 This "on-line" Referee Registration is for all USJJF Members who have completed a REFEREE TRAINING CLINIC of the UNITED STATES JU-JITSU FEDERATION (USJJF), regardless of gender, ethnicity or age.
In using this On-Line Registration Form, it is Important to know that you are submitting an "Application" for USJJF Referee Certification. You must have sucessfully completed the USJJF Referee Clinic as confirmed by a Referee Committee Official.
There are "5 Levels" of USJJF Referee Certification:
1. Local - Class "D" Level ($50.00 Fee)
2. State - Class "C" Level ($50.00 Fee)
3. Regional - Class "B" Level ($75.00 Fee)
4. National - Class "A" Level ($100.00 Fee)
5. International - Class "AA" Level ($125.00)

If your application for USJJF Referee Certification is Not approved, the fee collected will be refunded to you less the processing fee.
For all "USJJF Referee Certification -
You are required to already be a certified USJJF Black Belt and you must submit a "current" Photo in "Coat & Tie".
You will also need to submit your updated martial arts Bio to the USJJF National Office at natlhq.usjjf@gmail.com or brucebethers@gmail.com
You must be a "Current Annual or Life Member" of USJJF.
Sumit -
1. Copies of all your previous Rank Certificates.
2. Your complete martial arts & professional bio or resume.
3. Your current Photo (a "close-up" in Business Attire).
4. Three Letters of Recommendation.
5. Complete NCSI On-Line Background Check
6. Safe Sport On-Line Training Certification
7. Concussion On-Line Training Certification
8. CPR On-Line Training Certification NOTE - The NON-refundable Processing Fee for all Referee Levels is $25.00

The United States Ju-Jitsu Federation (USJJF) is The National Governing Body for Ju-Jitsu in the United States of America and is the USA National Member of the North American Jiu-Jitsu Union (NAJJU), Panamerican Jiu-Jitsu Federation (PJJF), World Ju-Jitsu Association (WJJA), and the Martial Arts International Federation (MAIF) with the purpose of unifying the All American Ju-Jitsukas in an atmosphere of mutual respect and cooperation. The terms of membership are that each individual member consent to waive the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation (USJJF) from all liabilities as indicated below.
Waiver of Liability -
In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation (USJJF) athletics/sports program, and related events and activities, the undersigned:
Agree that the parent(s) or legal guardian(s) will instruct the minor participant that prior to participating, he or she should inspect the facilities and equipment to be used, and if the participant believes anything is unsafe, he or she will immediately advise his or her coach or supervisor of such condition(s) and refuse to participate.
Acknowledge and fully understand that each participant will be engaging in activities that involve risk of serious injury, including permanent disability and death, and severe social and economic losses which might result not only from their own actions, inactions or negligence but the actions, inactions or negligence of others, the rules of play, or the condition of the premises or of any equipment used. Further, that there may be other risks not known to us or not reasonably foreseeable at this time.
Assume all the foregoing risks and accept personal responsibility for the damages following such injury, permanent disability or death.
Release, waive, discharge and covenant not to sue the United States Ju-Jitsu Federation, its officers, its affiliated clubs, regional sports organizations, their respective administrators, directors, agents, coaches, and other employees of the organization, other participants, sponsoring agencies, sponsors, advertisers, and, if applicable, owners and lessees of premises used to conduct the event, all of which are hereinafter referred to as ‘releasees’ from any and all liability to each of the undersigned, his or her heirs and next of kin for any and all claims, demands, losses or damages on account of injury including death or damage to property, caused or alleged to be caused in whole or in part by the negligence of the releasee or otherwise.
