PLEASE DO NOT SELECT MORE THAN ONE TASK
FOR A GIVEN TIME!

Below you will be able to select an area or multiple areas for volunteering.  If there are only specific times you can volunteer that do not fit in our options, there is a notes section below that you can type any requests.

FESTIVAL AMBASSADORS
Festival Ambassadors will be called on to help in a number of ways.  Providing information and directions to festival attendees, helping resupply drink stations, general clean up and booth sitting while artists take a much needed break.

IF YOU ARE UNABLE TO SELECT THE AREA YOU WISH TO VOLUNTEER IN, MOST LIKELY ALL THE POSITIONS ARE TAKEN.

What to wear:
If you belong to a specific group (Boy Scouts, National Honor Society, etc.) you can wear your own T-shirt to promote your group.

Dress with comfort in mind, this event is all outdoors. The early morning may be cool, dress in layers if you would like. Donít forget your sunscreen and/or a hat, this is Florida after all!

Our event covers a large area and you may be on your feet most of the day so comfortable shoes are a must. Please do not bring your valuables; we have no place to secure them.

Please park at the Winter Springs High School, located at 130 Tuskawilla Road, Winter Springs, Florida 32708.

What to Expect:
Please arrive 15 minutes early so you can check in and get to your post, remember every volunteer is important and needed!

Volunteer check-in is at the Volunteer check-in/Chamber booth. Please check-in and don't go straight to your area. . . even if you know what area you are in. This helps us account for how many volunteers we have.

Check this box to indicate that you have read and agree to all of the above terms & conditions
