Grand Master Yoon Ki Kim 
 
During Grand Master Kim's annual US Tour
in order to attend the WDU Nationals
 
WDU members may request Grand Master Kim
to appear at a member Dojang or event.

The following are the criteria for granting
Grand Master Kim's appearance at a venue!

The venue host must be a current, active WDU member in good standing for a minimum of two (2) years concurrent.
  • The venue host must help to defray GM Kim’s international travel costs to the US and return to Korea by paying an appearance fee of not more than 10% of the international travel costs. Payable in advance.
  • Non-WDU Dojangs or organizations may request an appearance by Grand Master Kim only by approval of the WDU-USA Board of Directors.
  • The venue host must pay for all travel, accommodation, and meal costs associated with GM Kim's appearance.
  • GM Kim must be provided with a minimum of one (1) full day of rest after his arrival and a minimum of one (1) full day of rest prior to his departure.
  • When no other appearance follows, the venue host must pay GM Kim’s return travel costs to Ohio, Colorado, or California. (states where GM Kim has family)
  • The WDU Nationals host has priority in determining GM Kim’s travel arrangements both to the US and return to Korea.
  • Priority for appearance requests will be given to those WDU members who attend and support the annual WDU Nationals.
  • Appearance fees may be waived on a case-by-case basis.

I understand that all required fees must be paid 14 days in advance of Grand Master Kim's travel to the above event.

I understand that if the event is canceled for any reason, all fees paid are non-refundable.

Member acknowledges that they are fully responsible for Grand Master Kim's travel arrangements to and/or from the above event.
