Description:
UDL is and educational framework based on universal design. This interactive session will explore ways to design educational experiences that inspire and challenge learners of all ages and abilities.
Participants will experience instructional activities across all content areas that feature Universal Design for Learning as a framework. The three core components of UDL will be addressed:
- Actively engaging all learners
- Presenting material in multiple ways to appeal to all learners
- Providing multiple ways for students to demonstrate what they have learned
