If a teacher of a SAM graduate is not attending or unable to be both at the beginning and end of performance days, please make arrangements for substitutes to bring your comment forms at the beginning of the day and collect your students' comment forms and trophies at the end. Substitutes can be other teachers, parents, or friends.

Billing and payment processing for Businesses' events is performed by Member Solutions, Inc. ("MSI"), and this contract is specifically assigned to MSI for all such purposes. Customer knowingly and irrevocably authorizes MSI to charge electronically Customer's bank account and/or credit card for any and all amounts due for Customer's, and anyone registering under Customer's, attendance and participation in the Event. Please note, you may see all or any portion of the following on your bank or credit card statement: "MSI*SUZUKIPIANOTEACHERSG 8882448044 ONLINE REG FEE". Any returned payment will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Any unsuccessful electronic transaction is subject to a $10.00 processing fee. MSI is not responsible for any bank fees incurred by Customer. STEP 1 - Register students (Registrants)

Please fill out all the student's information. For additional students please click "add another registrant" at the bottom of the form.
  • Each student will be notified of his or her registration via the email the teacher provides in this registration form.
  • To have parents pay for the registration of their child choose Defer Payment to Registrants from the drop down menu under Payment Options.
  • If the teacher prefers to pay for all his/her students, please choose Pay in Full from the dropdown menu under Payment Options.
  • Registration must be completed by January 15, 2018.
  • Whether the teacher pays or families pay directly, payment must be completed by January 22, 2018.
Option 1 - SPTG Performers (Non-graduates)
  • The cost of non-graduate students performing in this event is $20.
Option 2 - SAM Graduates
  • The cost for each student to graduate is $40.  Each additional level will cost an additional $20 per level.  For Upper Level Graduates, the cost to be considered as a soloist is an additional $10.  
  • Registration including YouTube links must be completed by January 15, 2018.

STEP 2 - Confirm whether the student is Non-graduate or Graduate

SPTG non-graduate performers please click No. You will be skipped to STEP 4 - Recital Piece. Select the piece to be performed.

SAM Graduates please select the Highest Level from which the student would like to graduate.

 Please select the additional levels from which this student would like to graduate. The cost to graduate from each additional level is $20.

Option 1 - Chose a piece from the  Suzuki Repertoire drop down menu below, OR
Option 2 - Write all the information for a piece NOT in the Suzuki Repertoire

Please check correct spelling of the composer first initial, last name, piece and/or movement. 

If a SAM Graduate is not performing in the recital, please select the first option (100) - NOT PERFORMING

SAM graduates from Books 6 or 7 have the option to be considered as a soloist in the SAM graduation recital of all the other instruments at Bethel College, Great Benson Hall.
