PRIVATE: One-on-one sessions – customized for the student, scheduled at the student's convenience.


SEMI- PRIVATE: 2 students; flexibility of a private class with some of the interaction opportunities found in a group class.


CLOSED GROUP: Set up your own group of 3 or more students! Need to be at the same level of proficiency in the chosen language. Parents may take classes with high school age children; no younger children.

- 1 hour for young children
- 1 hour to 1.5 hours for teenagers
- 2 hours for adults

TERMS AND CONDITIONS
 
CONFIRMATION AND PAYMENT POLICY

A $25 yearly application fee applies per student.
The tuition is due before the first class.
An electronic invoice will also be sent to you via email, detailing the payment options and methods.

GENERAL RULES

Parents are not allowed in class with children. Only the person enrolled in the course is allowed in the class.

CANCELLATION POLICY

SINGLE CLASS CANCELLATION:
You have the right to cancel a class if you are not able to attend:
- Cancellations have to be made at least 24 hours prior to the class time. You do not lose the class time. The class will be postponed to another date. You will need to arrange a make-up class with your instructor.
- You need to contact the office over the phone to cancel a class on the scheduled date.
Cancellations made on the day of the class will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds or make-up classes are not guarantied.
- There will be no make up class for cancellations that are made within 3 hours of the class time.
- After 3 cancellations you will need to schedule your classes with your instructor on a week-by-week basis.

SESSION CANCELLATION:
You have the right to cancel all your classes, with or without cause, at any time upon a 5 business days prior written or verbal notice to the administration office.
- Cancellations made at least 24 hours prior to the class start date will be refunded all tuition fees paid, minus the registration fee.
- Cancellations made after the first class will refunded the remainder of the tuition, minus the registration fee.
- Cancellations made after the second class will be refunded the remainder of the tuition minus the registration fee, and a $50 cancellation fee per student.
- Cancellations have to be made 5 business days prior to your next class in order for that class to be included in the refund. If not, the class will not be refunded. All other remaining classes will be refunded. Registration fee and penalty exclusions apply.

EXPIRATION POLICY:
The class hours you purchase expire a year from the first class. If you need to be out of class for an extended period of time, you can still come back and continue your class as long as it is within a year of the class start date.
