Ready for some "me time?”

 

The kids are back in school so now is the time to challenge yourself and have some fun in the process!


Grab a friend and register for our 6 week fitness sprint. Includes a really cool t-shirt and boxing gloves.

 

It's only $10 to reserve your spot and then $59 the day of the event if you decide to participate in the rest of the 6 week sprint. We are confident that you'l  say "I like it, I love it and want more of it!"


The bootcamp kick off event for the fitness sprint is Monday September 19th at 7:00 pm.  


The following classes will be available to you for the fitness sprint.

 

Monday- 11:00am and 7:00pm

Tuesday- 12pm and 7:00pm

Wednesday- none

Thursday- 11:00am and 7:00pm

Friday- 11:00am

Saturday- 9:30am and 11:30am


There will be weekly weigh ins, fitness and nutrition tips and a fitness assessment at the start and finish of the sprint.
