Children ages 5-12 welcome! (Age 4 for members).
 
Camp includes: Martial Arts, Laser Tag, Movies, Crafts, Weekly Activities or Excursions (Mad Science, Reptiles, Carnival Day, Buskers Festival)! 
 
$250 + hst per week.
 
Pizza lunch available on Fridays for $8 + hst.

5% Sibling discount. 

Camp runs from 8:00am-5:00pm. (No late pick-up fees before 5:15pm!)

Early drop off is available at 7:30am for $10 per day. Please contact kaleigh@5rings.ca or call us at 519-954-5925 if you require early drop off for a single day.

Billing and Payment
Billing and payment processing for Businesses' events is performed by Member Solutions, Inc. ("MSI"), and this contract is specifically assigned to MSI for all such purposes. Customer knowingly and irrevocably authorizes MSI to charge electronically Customer's bank account and/or credit card for any and all amounts due for Customer's, and anyone registering under Customer's, attendance and participation in the Event. Please note, you may see all or any portion of the following on your bank or credit card statement: "MSI*FIVERINGSMARTIALARTS 8882448044 ONLINE REG FEE". Any returned payment will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Any unsuccessful electronic transaction is subject to a $10.00 processing fee. MSI is not responsible for any bank fees incurred by Customer. What you will need for Summer Camp:

*A lunch with as many snacks and drinks as your child will need throughout the day and a water bottle (refills will be available on site). Snacks, treats and drinks can be purchased on site for $1-$2 each.

*Sunscreen (we always have sunscreen, but if your child requires a specific type, please make sure to send it with them).

*Swimsuit and towel for splash pad (Tuesdays).

*Uniform and belt (Uniform is optional. White belts will be given to all new students on their first day of camp).

*Running shoes and socks.

Please note: There is a $100 non-refundable deposit per child per week to cancel camp. You may move to another camp week if spaces are available.
