PERSONAL DATA
ADK Information Services, LLC, is the course administrator for product safety education courses offered through the Society of Product Safety Professionals. We will not provide access to your personal data to any other party, except as required to process your payment.
If you decide to pay the application fee to the institution via the online payment system that is part of the application system then for credit card billing purposes, we may need to share your name, address, and other personal contact information with the billing processor. Please note that the billing processor will only utilize such information for billing purposes, and this data will not be shared with other third parties.
APPLICATION SECURITY
This product employs industry-proven standards and technologies to protect the security of your information. The software used by our registration and credit card payment processor is fully integrated with a Level One PCI-compliant Payment Processing Platform, the highest level of data security and compliance.
REFUND POLICIES
Applicants who have made partial or full payment to register for the course are entitled to refunds if notification is made 10 days prior to the start of the course. Registrant will be refunded money paid less the 1.5% processing fee. Refunds to credit cards are subject to $10 processing fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days before the course start date will be subject to a $75 dollar cancellation fee.

Discount opportunities are available from time to time.
ACCESS TO COURSE LEARNING SITE
Your contribution is also important to protect the security of your access to our distance learning system where course information is posted. Please follow these instructions:
A. Protect your PIN/User Name and password by keeping it unique and known only to you.
B. Choose a password that would be difficult to guess. Password requirements will be provided.
C. Avoid writing your password in a place where others can view it.
D. Use the "logout" button to log out of your application upon completion of each instance of using it. Upon log out, you will receive a message confirming your successful log out. Failure to log out could endanger the security of your account by potentially allowing others using the same computer to access information saved or cached in the memory of the browser.
E. Do not include any online application information, including links, in public forums.
