Billing and Payment
Billing and payment processing for Businesses' events is performed by Member Solutions, Inc. ("MSI"), and this contract is specifically assigned to MSI for all such purposes. Customer knowingly and irrevocably authorizes MSI to charge electronically Customer's bank account and/or credit card for any and all amounts due for Customer's, and anyone registering under Customer's, attendance and participation in the Event. Please note, you may see all or any portion of the following on your bank or credit card statement: "MSI*RIGATONIROBOTSLLC 8882448044 ONLINE REG FEE". Any returned payment will be assessed a $25.00 fee. Any unsuccessful electronic transaction is subject to a $10.00 processing fee. MSI is not responsible for any bank fees incurred by Customer. MSI has the sole right to resubmit returned or declined items (plus applicable fees) without prior notice. BILLING INQUIRIES -- 888-244-8044 or by mail to PO Box 297, Hatboro, PA 19040.

Birthday Parties

If you’re looking for something phenomenal for your child’s big day and prefer all-inclusive events that are big on exclusivity, creativity, and fine details, yet small on your need for involvement…Rigatoni & Robots has the answer!  All of our culinary, craft, and science/engineering parties are geared towards children ages 6-12, can accommodate up to 18 participating guests (plus family, friends, and parents in attendance), and provide all-inclusive concierge treatment with full-staffing. 


 STEP 1:  Enter The Birthday Child's Information

STEP 2:  Please choose the date and time you wish to reserve for your party:
NOTE:  If you are able to select the date and time of your choice, that spot is available and will be reserved solely for your party.
STEP 3:  Please select from the following party packages:

STEP 4:  Please select ONE  elective as an additional activity from below.

STEP 5:  Please select the curriculum (lesson) you would like taught at your party.
As of September 16th, we now can accommodate
ALL-CULINARY PARTIES FOR UP TO 18 GUESTS, complete with 18 commercial-grade kitchen stations and individual KitchenAid mixers for every guest...come join the fun!
NOTE:  If you are having a combo party, you will be prompted to select a second curriculum in the next step.
STEP 6:  Having A Combo Party (15 guests of more)?  Please select the lesson you would like taught to the other half of your guests.
Note:  If you are not purchasing a combo party, please skip this step.

STEP 7:  Acknowledgement Of Non-Refundable Deposit & Cancellation Policies:

Party packages are non-refundable within 14 days of the event. Should you need a refund for any or all of your reserved event and have given us a minimum 14 day notice...you will be charged $25.00 to cancel in order to cover our merchant processing fees to reimburse your card, as well as the potential for lost business by not having adequate time to sell your selected time slot. You may switch your party reservation to an alternate date or time (pending availability) as long as you notify us 14 days in advanceSwitching your day/time will forfeit your 14 day notice and you will not be eligible for a refund of any amount.  Within 14 days of your party, you may not make changes or receive a refund of any kind.
