Billing and payment processing for Businesses' events is performed by Member Solutions, Inc. ("MSI"), and this contract is specifically assigned to MSI for all such purposes. Customer knowingly and irrevocably authorizes MSI to charge electronically Customer's bank account and/or credit card for any and all amounts due for Customer's, and anyone registering under Customer's, attendance and participation in the Event. Any unsuccessful electronic transaction is subject to a $10.00 processing fee. MSI is not responsible for any bank fees incurred by Customer. Angel's Karate competition team will be going to a training event.We have rented a 10 passenger van.The goals of this trip is 1) For the students to bond 2)For the students to train with an Olympic coach Master Yong Sup Kil. http://www.kilsmartialarts.com/kilstaekwondocentershome.html. The cost per students is only $50.00. The date for this event is March 22, 2014. We will be leaving Angel's Karate at 9:30 am and returning around 6:00 pm.
