-- We are currently negotiating contracts with artists for our 2014 summer concert series. Your acknowledgement and acceptance of this offer comes with your understanding that artist line- ups will not be provided prior to June 2014.

Dell's Season Ticket package will offer a total of 8 shows featuring a performance line-up from classic, to old school, to contemporary artists. We offer an array of musical guests performing Jazz, Hip Hop, R&B, and Gospel melodies. You will experience a night under the stars with some of your favorite artists.

-- Refunds are available within 14 days of purchase. A $25.00 refund processing fee will be charged per transaction.

-- New - You were not a 2013 Essence of Entertainment Series Season Ticket holder.

Billing Information

-- Orders are processed only after a billing address, and other billing information, has been verified. Billing information must match credit card information.

-- Your credit card statement will reflect charges from “Member Solutions” for all Dell Music Center on-line season ticket purchases."

Convenience and Order Processing Fees

-- Tickets purchased on this website are subject to a non-refundable per seat/ticket processing fee of no more than 5.5%. Purchaser may also buy season tickets directly from the venue box office without paying this fee. However, tickets will not be available for purchase until our box office reopens for the 2014 season. Pricing will not include "advance purchase" discounts.

Seat Confirmations

-- You will receive an e-mail confirmation within 48 hours of purchase. Please keep all receipts to validate your seat location. All seat locations must be verified. If you do not receive a seat confirmation via email within 48 hours after submitting payment information, it is your responsibility to contact us immediately. Delivery Options Pick Up Only

-- Your tickets will be available for pick up during the 3rd week of June 2014. When your tickets are ready we will contact you via e-mail or phone.

Pick-up dates will be confirmed in June 2014. A valid ID, your online confirmation number, along with the Credit Card used to purchase the tickets, must be presented at the time of pick-up.

Number of Tickets per Customer/ Ticket Limit

-- When purchasing season tickets you are limited to 4 tickets per subscriber.
Unlawful Resale of Tickets

-- Any resale, counterfeit or copy of tickets is grounds for seizure and cancellation without compensation.

Rescheduled Events

-- If an event is rescheduled, the new date and time will be communicated via radio, social media or website.

Canceled Shows

-- We reserve the right to cancel shows with due cause. In the event that a show is canceled, we will provide a refund based on a pro-rated cost for that show via the same payment method used for your original purchase.
The purchaser is the account holder. Purchaser must initiate all account/ ticket inquiries. Pick-up dates will be confirmed June 2014. A valid ID, online confirmation, along with the Credit Card used to process payment must be presented at the time of pick up. Site Alterations
