BJJ Trial classes are Monday through Thursday at 4:30 pm.

**IF THE REGISTRANT IS UNDER 18, THE PARENT OR LEGAL GUARDIAN OF THE REGISTRANT MUST FILL OUT THIS FORM AND MUST BE PRESENT DURING THE INTRO CLASS**

This program is designed for adults, both men and women, who want to learn self-defense, competition techniques and strategy, or jiu-jitsu for MMA (mixed martial arts). Students will also be introduced to the techniques utilized in MMA, such as Judo, Wrestling, Kickboxing, in addition to Jiu-Jitsu. We offer classes for both the beginner and the experienced practitioners.
